`astronomy-engine` provides planetary positions. IANA timezones via Node/runtime — confirm production TZ DB source. Historical offset fields in BirthGeoMeta may come from user/geocode — document geocoder license when selected.

Ship `/licenses` summarizing MIT/Apache notices. Run `npx license-checker` (or equivalent) before store submit and attach output under `legal/licenses/`.

The core twelve-palace/fourteen-main-star calculation adapts doanguyen/lasotuvi commit ace8379a3ea033674e8a9096f5b98a9e2041eace (AmDuong.py, DiaBan.py, App.py). Its Gregorian/lunar calendar code is not included. No upstream illustrations or interpretive corpus is used.
